Cabbage Salad 2


Half a cabbage very finely sliced
Juice of two large lemons
2 tablespoons of dessicated coconut
1/2 teaspoon of crushed dried chilli
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar


Note: Be careful not to overdo the chilli in this recipe. Vary the quantity to suit your need for heat!

Put the very finely sliced cabbage in a serving bowl and sprinkle evenly with the coconut, chilli, salt and sugar. Pour the lemon juice over the salad and mix well.
